I am Certified in Pre-Natal Massage Therapy by MotherTouch Massage Therapy. Pregnancy massage supports and nurtures the pregnant woman as she experiences the miraculous and profound changes of carrying a new life. Using techniques specially developed for the expectant mother, Pregnancy Massage helps relieve discomforts that may be experienced during pregnancy. The benefits can be profound, including emotional support, the relief of back pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing, and deep relaxation.
Thai Foot Reflexology
Thai Foot Reflexology is a luxurious, formalized sequence of various strokes and pointwork applied from tips of the feet to tops of the knees. Affecting all the body's sen lines (similar to Chinese meridians) Thai Reflexology produces a deep feeling of relaxation, balance, and well-being. Some enjoy Thai Reflexology's convenience, because it is done with the client fully clothed. Bring or wear comfortable pants that can be easily rolled up for access above the knee.
